National Center on Disability and Journalism Style Guide: The style guide is intended for journalists, communication professionals and members of the general public who are seeking the appropriate and accurate language to use when writing or talking about people living with disabilities. The guide covers general terms and words on physical disabilities, hearing and visual impairments, mental and cognitive disabilities and seizure disorders.

Respectability: Respectability advocates for integrated employment for people with disabilities. They work with employers, governmental agencies, and politicians across all parties to achieve the goal of integrated employment for all people with disabilities.
Association of People Supporting EmploymentFirst: APSE works for achieving integrated employment for all people with disabilities. Their mission is through advocacy and education, APSE advances employment and self-sufficiency for all people with disabilities.
The Kinney Center for Autism Education and Support at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia uses best practices and offers respite nights out for families and behavioral and social programming for youth and adults with Autism.
